Sexual Offenders Registry

New legislation in the form of the Sexual Offenders Amendment Act and the Sexual Offenders Registry, provides more proactive protection to children from any person who has been convicted of a sexual offences against a child. This legislation applies to any organisation or person who has access to children in the course of their employment and/or volunteer work.

To date we have assisted the following organisations to have these checks done, and the Child Protection Register Clearance completed:

  • Ethelbert Childrens Home
  • St Philomena’s Childrens Home
  • Greyville Outreach
  • Mother of Peace
