School feeding scheme

Following the Chefs of the World Hunger Tour in August 2011, Just Us 4 Children began “feeding schemes” to schools, crèches, outreach programmes, and vulnerable families within the greater Durban area.

Currently we are feeding approximately 570 children daily from the following homes, crèches, orphanages and outreach programmes:

  • Little Darlings (30)
  • Zoe Life Creche (25)
  • Children’s Care Centre (120)
  • Khayelihle (70)
  • Bundle of Joy (50)
  • Thandanani (25)
  • Sizakala (32)
  • Greyville Outreach (110)
  • Ray of Hope Babies (6)
  • Sinakekele Babies Home (6)
  • Solezwe Care Centre (24)
  • Food sent home to vulnerable families (child-headed homes and single mothers) (75)

Help fight child abuse – our children need us.

Fighting child abuse together, for a better, safer tomorrow.

“Safety and security don’t just happen, they are the result of collective consensus and public investment.
We owe our children, the most vulnerable citizens in our society, a life free of violence and fear.” Nelson Mandela, Former President of South Africa
